animate-elem-02-t

14.2% of the ink matches
fail - measured over 53747 pixels carrying ink in either image.
These results are not meaningful. This check renders a single static frame, and nothing in a test document records which moment in time its reference image was captured at - so a correct SMIL implementation and a broken one are equally likely to mismatch. Animation behaviour is covered by dedicated unit tests instead; see ctgnz/foxglove#208 for a real measurement methodology, still to be worked out.

Difference

Difference
In the difference panel, red marks pixels that differ beyond tolerance and grey marks matching content. The tinted band, where present, is the <text id="revision"> legend every test carries: it renders in a fallback font this library cannot match, so it is excluded from the comparison entirely rather than failing every test.

What this test checks

The test has passed if the four green rectangles each animate their height according to the following: The leftmost rect: when the animation starts the height of the green rect should make it align with the bottommost red indicator line after two seconds the height should jump to be 10% of the height of the gray rect it overlaps after four seconds the height should jump to make the green rect align with the bottommost red indicator line after six seconds the height should jump to its final position, 10% of the height of the gray rect The next to leftmost rect: when the animation starts the height of the green rect should be 110% of the height of the gray rect after two seconds the height should jump to be 20% of the height of the gray rect after four seconds the height should jump to be 110% of the height of the gray rect after six seconds the height should jump to its final position, 20% of the height of the gray rect The next to rightmost rect: when the animation starts the height of the green rect should make it align with the bottommost red indicator line after two seconds the height should jump to be 10% of the height of the gray rect after four seconds the height should jump to be 110% of the height of the gray rect after six seconds the height should jump to its final position, 20% of the height of the gray rect The rightmost rect: when the animation starts the height of the green rect should be 110% of the height of the gray rect after two seconds the height should jump to be 20% of the height of the gray rect after four seconds the height should jump to be 120% of the height of the gray rect after six seconds the height should jump to its final position, 30% of the height of the gray rect
