library cannot match, so it is excluded from the comparison entirely rather than failing every test.
The test passes if: The four "Outer Clip" boxed strings must not render outside the outermost 'svg' element (the 480x360 rectangular viewport) and must continue to be clipped to this viewport if the image is zoomed in or out, or panned. The four "Inner Clip" boxed strings must not render outside the bounds of the green rectangle.
